Axial seals, assured maximum closure

Axial seals have a protective metal ring and are designed to be fixed to the axis at a certain distance from the surface to be sealed. When they are rotated, the lip sticks to the metallic part under a calculated pressure. This way, they can achieve maximum closure. This type of seal has a high degree of water tightness, and is commonly used in pumps, transmission systems, electrical motors, and machine-tools.

We stop RB axial seals and RB9. Both are manufactured in zinc-plated carbon steel plus NRB 80Sh, or equally in zinc-plated carbon steel plus FPM 80Sh. Axial seals can withstand temperature from 20 degrees below zero right up to 200 degrees centigrade. Moreover, they can withstand speeds up to 20 m/s. Below you can see all the information.
