HP pressure oil seals, suitable for the most demanding working conditions
HP pressure oil seals (known as B2PT oil seals as well) are rotary seals used in sectors such as mechanical engineering or chemical industry: centrifuges, pumps, agitators, compressors or gearboxes are some of the applications in which a HP oil seal can successfully meet the most demanding working conditions.
This part is composed by a 304 or 316 stainless steel metal-case and by a Black PTFE/GLASS/MoS2 or a White FDA-Compliant PTFE lip. In addition, this kind of customized oil seals have a fluorelastomeric (viton®) reinforcement.
Its properties make it an excellent seal for applications with high temperatures, speeds and/or pressures and with corrosive liquids or gases. Also, HP pressure oil seals work properly in case of little lubrication or even in dry conditions.

- Temperature: from -90 ºC to +250 ºC
- Speed: until 45 m/s
