Specific requirements
On request, we can offer compounds adapted to specific requirements such as, for example, food stuff and drinking water compounds.
Washers, ideal discs for loads tightening
Square or rectangular section washers are an optimum alternative to o-rings as they afford a greater sealing surface and they can work with high pressures and loads. Under normal working conditions, in other words, within the elastic limits of the rubber and the recommended speed so that the material does not overheat, rubber washers allow optimum sealing to be ensured, even when the contact surfaces are in motion.
These are some of the advantages of JIOrings washers:
- Tight tolerances particularly as regards thickness.
- Excellent Price/quality ratio particularly for medium-sized and large series.
- Smooth finish of the surface and the edges.
- No investment in mould for the most standard sizes.

ISO 3302-1
The table below sets out the standard tolerances that JIOrings usually offers its clients. Said tolerances are based on the standard ISO 3302-1. When we don’t have specific manufacturing requirements, we propose Class 2 (EN2 for the interior diameter, EW2 for the section and EC2 for the thickness).
